The spa & wellness centre offered a range of relaxing treatments, and the sauna provided a soothing experience. The garden area was beautifully maintained, creating a serene atmosphere. We also loved the hot spring bath and open-air bath, which were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The hotel's free Wi-Fi and luggage storage were convenient amenities that added to our overall comfort and convenience.

The location of the hotel is convenient, being a short distance from the JR Kaga Onsen station. the hotel is situated along the river, providing a serene atmosphere. the rooms are immaculate, with a clean bathroom and comfortable bedding. the hotel staff provides excellent service, with friendly and attentive personnel. the breakfast offers a variety of delicious dishes, with both western and Japanese, style options available. Guests can enjoy the beautiful view from the hotel's onsen facilities, which are well, maintained and offer a relaxing atmosphere.

The hotel could improve by limiting smoking areas in public spaces so that non, smoking guests can enjoy their meals and stay without the scent of smoke.

We had an amazing time at Yamanaka Onsen Kissho Yamanaka! The onsen were beautiful and offered stunning views over the river. The Japanese and western style breakfast options were delicious. The staff were very helpful and answered all our questions. With the free shuttle from the train station, it was easy to get to and from the hotel. we highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The hot-spring was great and the food was delicious! the hotel was close to a small town with shops and restaurants. the shuttle service was convenient and punctual.

The hotel location was a bit remote and the shuttle service didn't run during odd hours.

We had a great time staying here. The hotel had impeccable service, beautiful facilities, and amazing food options. The hotel was also within walking distance to the river and the Kaga Onsen train station. We also enjoyed the complimentary lunch bento and electric bike ride. The staff were nice and friendly, and some could even communicate in multiple languages.

The hot spring baths were nice and relaxing, and the free shuttle service was very convenient for getting around. The food was good too.

The room we stayed in was not very clean – there were stains on the bedding and a musty smell. The staff didn't seem very interested in helping us when we had questions or concerns.
